We guarantee that the apartment will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Should you wish to enter earlier, you will have to call us first thing on the day of arrival so that we can let you know whether early access is possible.

The apartment must be vacated by 12 noon. Late check-out is available for an extra charge.

While The Oliver Pozuelo does not offer breakfast or any other type of restaurant service, there are options very close by. In the buildings next to The Oliver and on the parallel street (Avenida Europa) you will find the highest concentration of leisure and restaurant establishments in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

Yes, we allow well-behaved pets up to 20kg on payment of a supplement.

While Oliver Apartments do not include a daily cleaning service, you may request a cleaning service (complete cleaning plus a change of sheets and towels) for an additional fee. For extended stays we include one cleaning per week.

The apartment comes equipped with basic kitchenware, cleaning supplies, sheets, towels, gel, shampoo and toilet paper. If you need an iron or other utilities, we will be happy to provide them for you. Extra towels are available for a supplement.

No, all apartments come with bedding for the sofa bed in the wardrobe. We do not assemble the sofa bed, but should you need assistance please don’t hesitate to call.

We have underground parking connected to the building. The maximum height is 2 metres. There is an extra charge for the car park and your number plate is required. The access ramp to the car park is located a few metres before the building, next to the restaurant La Lonja, so we recommend you pay attention as you approach the building.

Yes, we have a swimming pool, but it is only open in season (mid June to early September).

Invoices should be requested after check-out and by e-mail. If you provide us with the name of the guest and the check-in/check-out date, we can provide you with the corresponding invoice. Should you need specific information on the invoice, please include it in your e-mail.

You will find a washing machine and dryer on Floor -1 of the building. Payment is in cash.
